Single copies of materials on the Site may be downloaded subject to the terms below. By downloading any materials from the Site, you agree to these terms in this User Agreement (Agreement). If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or download any materials from it.

UTOPY's trademarks may not be used publicly without permission from UTOPY. Fair use of UTOPY's trademarks in advertising and promotion of UTOPY products requires proper acknowledgement to UTOPY.

Single Copy License
All materials on the Site are copyrighted. Any unauthorized use of any materials from the Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may download one copy of information or software ("Materials") found on the Site on to a single computer for your own personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted unless you have received a commercial user license to do so from UTOPY in writing. This single use, non-commercial license is not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following:

Termination
If you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, UTOPY may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Materials you have in any form.
Disclaimer
THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL UTOPY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF UTOPY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnity

Applicable Laws
